Chef Alain Bouzouba founded, owned and operated Seven Gables Eclectic Restaurant since November 1988.It soon became a Local Dining Treasure. Continental Classics & Specialties include Dover Sole Meuniere, Filet Mignon Bérnaise, Roast Rack of Lamb Romarin, Ribeye Steak Madagascar, Chicken Wellington, Roast Duck Breast, Pheasant and Quail…Lobster Tails, King Crab, Crabmeat Raviolis and Garden Linguini as well as Moroccan and Mediterranean Succulent Specialties with 24h notice. We prepare from scratch in-house our breads, pasta, dressings, soups( Clam Chowder and Bisques), sauces and our renowned Italian Sausage. Seven Gables’ own pastry chef also prepares scrumptious desserts daily, Crème Brulee,Chocolate Ganach Cheese cake, Carrot Cake…. Our Restaurant is reminiscent of a Suisse Chalet, Nestled among Oak and Cedar Trees on 2.25 Acre Estate. While Dining you can feel the Heat of the Live Fire Place in the Winter and the cool Breeze in the spring and fall. Through the windows you may spot a deer or two, squirrels and chipmunks.
